Subscription Cancellation Policy

Cancelling an Azero Code plan is self-service and takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.

1. Cancel at any time

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Dashboard → Settings → Billing, which opens the secure billing portal for your subscription. No phone call or email is required.

2. When cancellation takes effect

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. Your plan stays active until that date and no further renewal payment is charged.

3. Your projects and credits

Cancelling does not delete anything. Your projects, files and remaining credit balance stay in your account, and you can keep using any credits you already have. Unused credits have no cash value and are not refunded on cancellation.

4. Restarting later

You can start a new plan again at any time from the Pricing page. Free plan features remain available after your paid period ends.

5. Refunds

Cancellation and refunds are separate. Whether a payment can be refunded is set out in our Refund Policy.

6. Help with cancelling
