Terms of Service
These terms apply to every Azero Code account. Please read them before creating one.
1. Who we are
Azero Code is operated by Apex Net Technology LLC, Iris Bay – 903, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You can reach us at support@azerocode.com.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate details, keep your credentials confidential and verify your email address before your account becomes active. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.
3. Credits and plans
Builds, deployments and Azero Code generation consume credits from your balance. Free plan allowances, credit costs and plan allowances are set by platform configuration and may change. Credits hold no cash value and are not transferable.
4. Payments, cancellation and refunds
Subscriptions and credit top-ups are billed through our payment processor. Cancellation is self-service and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, as set out in our Subscription Cancellation Policy. Refund eligibility is set out in our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Azero Code to build or distribute unlawful, harmful, deceptive or infringing software, to attack or probe our infrastructure, or to resell platform capacity without written agreement.
6. Your projects
You retain ownership of the ideas, content and generated code in your projects. You grant us the limited permission required to store, build, preview and deploy them on your behalf.
7. Availability and support
We work to keep the platform fast and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and third-party outages may affect builds and deployments.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or place the platform or other customers at risk.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as the platform develops. Material changes will be communicated in the dashboard before they take effect.
